Customised solutions

Within our range of products we offer customised solutions for different establishments such as hotels, retirement homes, youth hostels or clinics. We take your particular needs on board. It could be the prevention of bed sores which is also the priority such as, for example, special heavy duty mattress models. You can also find flame-resistant features in our range. In addition to our complete range of mattresses we not, of course, also offer mattress overlays made of visco elastic foam material or latex.

The mattresses can be manufactured in line with your wishes from standard, cold foam or latex as well as composite mattresses whereby each bed type - for example for boats - can be suitable illustrated. The number of areas and the intensity or the contoured shapes can be adapted to your specifications like the choice of the suitable cover. We also offer PU coated covers and preshrunk fabric cotton which distinguish themselves by the fact they can be washed at 95° C and – on the case of PU covers – are suitable for an autoclave (oven).

Complemented by our choice of agreed slatted frame and a tailored foam material pillow we can offer you a qualitative high-quality solution which meets with your ideas. Our products are certified in accordance with Öko-Tex® Standard 100.
